General Shipping Information

All orders will be dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday), not bank holidays or weekends. All shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note, all orders containing a Custom Step will always be dispatched on the date shown on the Custom Step product page, when the order is placed.

If your order is placed before 5pm on a working day and doesn’t contain a Custom Step, it will be dispatched on the following working day. If your order is placed after 5pm on a working day, it will be dispatched on the next working day after that.
