If your bracelet fails due to material or craftsmanship defects, we’ll repair or replace it free—forever. Normal wear (patina, softening, color change) is expected and not covered.
Made-to-Order Policy
Custom sizes and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless defective. Triple-check your size before ordering.
